Open the Core Training. Watch the introduction video and the section on tools and materials. Do not skip ahead.
This is where the confusion ends.

Before bed
Write down which three beaded designs you want to be able to make first.
Bracelets, earrings, necklaces, whatever pulls you. Keep the list where you will see it in the morning.

Tomorrow morning
Begin the first design tutorial. Set aside 20 to 30 minutes. That is all it takes to start.
You do not need a full free day, you just need to start.
This is how the women who came before you did it. Not all at once. One video, one design, one small decision at a time.
